A tasty addition to any brunch inspired by a recipe by the renowned bartender Salvatore Calabrese. The citrusy notes of New London Light (NLL) are a great complement to the bitter marmalade.
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) New London Light
- 3/4 oz (1 tbs + 1.5 tsp) fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbs marmalade
- 3 dashes orange bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake 5-10 seconds until well frosted. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an orange twist. You can also make this with other types of jam such as raspberry or apricot!
