A sophisticated drink, great for those who like savory and salty complexity.
- 2.5 oz (1/4 cup + 1 tbs) Bax Botanics Verbena
- 3/4 oz (1 tbs + 1.5 tsp) lemon juice
- 3/4 oz (1 tbs + 1.5 tsp) green olive brine
- 1/2 oz (1 tbs) simple syrup
Combine all "wet" ingredients together over ice in a shaker, shake for about 30 seconds until the outside of your shaker is frosty, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a couple green olives on a cocktail stick.
