Carrot "Bunny" Mary

If Bloody Mary’s are a Sunday brunch staple for you like they are for us, then you’ll love this fun, spunky alternative made with carrot juice instead of the traditional tomato juice. We call it the Carrot “Bunny” Mary. Delicious for spring brunch (and of course Easter).

From south England, New London Light was created by spirits experts for health-conscious drinkers who value flavor, and it's our non-alcoholic spirit of choice for this one.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 oz (1/4 cup) New London Light
  • 2 oz (1/4 cup) carrot juice
  • 1 oz (2 tbs) orange juice
  • 1/2 oz (1 tbs) lime juice (about half a lime)
  • 2 dashes of your favorite hot sauce
  • Spicy salt rim and carrot for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS

For the salt rim, rub the rim of the glass with a lime wedge and then dip in your salt mixture (we used one with some pepper flakes in it). Add ice to the glass, then add all the ingredients and stir to combine. Garnish with a young carrot.
