About Som

James Beard Award winning chef Andy Ricker created Som cane vinegar cordials to enhance the bar program at his Portland, OR restaurant Pok Pok. They are delicious served with club soda and also play well with alcoholic and non-alcoholic spirits in cocktails. The great thing about all Som cordial flavors is they have a perfect sweet-tart balance and are never cloying.
