ABOUT THE WINES

Noughty Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Chardonnay

This delicious non-alcoholic Champagne alternative is one of our favorites, both alone and in cocktails. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes (like much of the finest Champagne), it has similar apple-tart aromas with a touch of yeasty bread and baking spices.

Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Sparkling Riesling

Vibrant, fruity and fun, Leitz delivers an authentic German Riesling experience complete with green apple, ripe peach and stoney minerality - plus bubbles. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with lighter foods and spicy cuisine.

Surely Sparkling White

This delightful white sparkler is a great non-alcoholic Champagne alternative. It also mixes well in sparkling cocktails. Delicious notes of lemon, peach and passionfruit with dry acidity.

Noughty Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé

Made from 100% organic Tempranillo, this organic, vegan sparkling wine has been gently de-alcoholized to retain the rich flavors of freshly picked berries. The balance between sweetness and acidity is in perfect harmony.

Copenhagen Sparkling Tea LYSERØD Rosé 

We love these sparkling teas for their nuanced flavor and sophistication. LYSERØD (pink in Danish) is reminiscent of Italian Lambrusco: full of ripe berry and red fruit flavors with subtle sweetness, light tannins and a touch of mint. Delicious as an aperitif and with salads, poultry or fish.

Copenhagen Sparkling Tea BLÅ White

BLÅ (which means blue in Danish) tastes like honeyed guava and ripe pears with a hint of jasmine and green tea. It's lightly sweet while still crisp and refreshing - perfect as an aperitif, or even as an after-dinner treat. Pair with oysters, spicy Asian cuisine or paella.
