The number 108 is the number of days needed to sow, grow, and pick the peas. This is a 100% sugar free and calorie free spirit, made from natural ingredients and bottled in sustainable packaging. Best enjoyed with a tonic, you can also try it with some lemon juice, cider vinegar, and an egg white – the garden sour. 

HOW TO SERVE

• Top with tonic water or gingerale and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary, mint or thyme
• Use in place of Tequila for an herbal Margarita
