The classic G&T, a staple of summertime cocktail hour: crisp juniper combines with bittersweet tonic and a splash of lime. The great news is, now you can have your cocktail and eat it too. Here is our Dry Goods House gin & tonic recipe.
Our favorite for this cocktail is Ritual Zero Proof Gin Alternative, but any of our non-alcoholic gins will be delicious. We love Liber & Co Tonic Syrup because it's A) got a nice bitter edge and isn't to sweet, B) it's more eco-friendly than shipping a bunch of water around and C) you'll never have to throw away another bottle of flat tonic water.
- 2 oz / 1/4 cup Ritual Zero Proof Gin Alternative
- 3/4 oz / 1 tbs + 1.5 tsp Liber & Co. Tonic Syrup
- Club soda / sparkling water
Combine non-alcoholic gin and tonic syrup in a tall glass over ice. Top up with club soda and stir briefly to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge, enjoy!
