Shipping policy
We aim to ship orders out within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in southern California. In general, orders to the west coast arrive within 2 business days after shipping. Orders to the east coast usually take 5 business days.
If you need your drinks by a specific date, please email us at hello@drygoodsdrinks.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
âïž WINTER WEATHER SHIPPING ADVISORY
Our drinks donât contain alcohol, which means they can freeze and break when exposed to extreme temperatures. In the case of extreme weather, we may selectively hold shipments to the Midwest and Northeast. Please email us at hello@drygoodsdrinks.com with questions about specific orders and locations.
Some additional tips for making sure your bottles show up safe and sound:
- Ship your order where somebody will be available to accept the delivery
- Bring your package inside as soon as it arrives

SHIPPING POLICY
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. Returns
Dry Goods Beverage Co. will happily accept returns due to items damaged in shipment as long as a request to return is received by us within 3 days of receipt of item and the damage can be confirmed. Please email Hello@drygoodsdrinks.com to begin a damage claim and reshipment.
4. Delivery Terms
- Domestic Transit Time:Â In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days
- International Transit Time:Â International shipments are not available at this time.
- Dispatch Time:Â Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
- Change Of Delivery Address:Â For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us at Hello@drygoodsdrinks.com to make any changes to your order before shipment has been processed.
- P.O. Box Shipping:Â Dry Goods Beverage Co. will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
- Military Address Shipping:Â We are able to ship to military addresses within the United State using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services. Please email us if you have a specific request. We will always do our best to figure out a solution.
- Items Out Of Stock:Â If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and email us at hello@drygoodsdrinks.com. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment.
7. Duties & Taxes
Sales tax is currently only being collected in shipments going to California. You may be liable for sales tax for your purchase in your state if outside of California.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, we are no longer able to cancel the order.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
- Process for parcel damaged in-transit:Â We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
- Process for parcel lost in-transit:Â We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
