Refund policy
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on beverage products. However, we want you to enjoy your purchase so if you are not satisfied please email us at hello@drygoodsdrinks.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
We will happily replace items damaged in shipment as long as a request to return is received by us within 3 days of receipt of item and the damage can be confirmed.
If you do have an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@drygoodsdrinks.com and include photographs of the damaged or mistaken items.
