Flavor Profile:
On the nose, butterscotch, raisin, and toasted brown sugar. The palate presents roasted coffee, rich caramel, and warm molasses. The finish is long with spicy heat down the middle and a hint of orange.
Simple Pairings: crisp ginger ale, spicy ginger beer, and classic cola.

Fantastic N/A! Color is a nice dark Caramel. Had straight with a couple large cubes. First sip was very smooth with just the right heat (not too little & not too much). The nose aroma is very nice & the taste had good body with a nice full caramel finish. To us it is the best whiskey we have tried & we will continue to drink. -Joan

I actually am really enjoying this substitute with its Caramel undertones. Either as standalone in an old fashion or mixed with whiskey in an old fashion as part of just decreasing my overall alcohol consumption. -Mary A.
When I first gave up alcohol, I thought that mocktails were more like colored sodas, but Drink Monday really lets you still have the experience of sipping what tastes like an adult drink, while not experiencing the negatives that can come with drinking alcohol.
