Flavor Profile
The nose is bold and juniper forward in classic London Dry fashion. On the palate, strong juniper throughout is accompanied by notes of bitter lemon, grapefruit with a hint of coriander. Finishes long with complexity and heat that develops over time.
Simple Pairings: punchy indian style tonic, flavored tonics (elderflower, orange blossom, etc.), soda water, fresh citrus

Monday Zero Alcohol Gin gives me the perfect gin “vibe.” I opened the bottle and took a sniff, and I was immediately reminded of GIN. Not a pine forest. Other brands I have tried are, for me, way too heavy on the juniper. Not Monday. It makes a lovely G&T, and a very nice Martini (parts Monday to 1 part Blutul blanco “vermouth”). This NA Gin is by far the best that I have tried. So much so that I ordered another bottle. I was a Tanqueray drinker in the past and I would love to have a little more of the juniper berry taste but that won't stop me from ordering my next bottle. Good job, you guys! -Roberta W.
