The world’s first and only lees-aged non-alcoholic wine. Made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Silvaner through a patent-pending twice-fermented winemaking process, then aged nine months on lees — the same technique used in fine Champagne — building creamy texture and brioche depth. Just 2.8g of naturally occurring sugar per 100ml. No additives, nothing artificial.
Serve well-chilled. Pairs with oysters, lobster, aged Comté, truffle risotto, smoked salmon and roasted quail.
