Sovi's 2022 Chenin Blanc is beautifully textured on the palate with crisp acidity. Nestled in the Sacramento River Delta, Clarksburg is well known for producing vibrant Chenin Blanc, a late-ripening grape similar to Chardonnay. This wine hails from a single vineyard there. The cooling breezes help to maintain fresh acidity, and warm sunny days allow for even ripening.
This wine sees an extended aging period in the cellar to develop a creamy texture and nuanced character. This is one of the most sophisticated alcohol-free wines on the market.
