In this refreshing cocktail, the classic Mexican Paloma takes a trip to Kentucky: in place of the traditional Tequila, we’re using zero proof Spiritless Kentucky 74 bourbon and giving it a little extra pizazz with All The Bitter New Orleans Bitters.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2-3 dashes of All The Bitter New Orleans Bitters
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) of Spiritless Kentucky 74
- Grapefruit Soda
INSTRUCTIONS:
Grab a highball glass, fill with ice, and add bitters, Kentucky 74, and top with grapefruit soda. Stir to combine, and finally garnish with a grapefruit slice or dried citrus wheel.
