This virgin honey-whiskey sour is one of my personal favorites. Originally created at the famed Milk & Honey bar in New York City, in our version we use Kentucky 74 alcohol-free bourbon.
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) Kentucky 74 alcohol-free bourbon
- 3/4 oz (1 tbs + 1.5 tsp) fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz (1 tbs + 1.5 tsp) Rich Honey Syrup*
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
*Rich Honey Syrup
Combine 6 oz (3/4 cup) honey with 2 oz (1/4 cup) hot water and stir or shake to integrate. Store in the fridge.
