Ritual Zero Proof Rum Alternative is similar to Gosling's rum with plenty of rich honey, sweet orange, dried apricot, ripe bananas and cinnamon with a spicy ginger spice finish. It pairs beautifully with the spicy ginger syrup, or use your favorite ginger beer.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) Ritual Zero Proof Rum Alternative
- 3/4 oz (1 tbs + 1.5 tsp) Liber & Co. Fiery Ginger Syrup
- Club soda
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine rum and ginger syrup over ice in a tall glass and top with club soda. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge.
VARIATIONS
Use your favorite ginger beer instead of the ginger syrup and club soda.
