The Italian Negroni is about as classic as they come - and difficult to reproduce without the alcohol. In this version, we use For Bitter For Worse Saskatoon in place of the vermouth and Campari, Ceder's Classic Gin alternative and add a few dashes of Orange Bitters. The result is a deliciously bitter and complex aperitivo.
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) For Bitter For Worse Saskatoon
- 1 oz (2 tbs) Ceder's Classic Gin Alternative
- 2-3 dashes Orange Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass with a large ice cube and stir to combine. Garnish with an orange half wheel.
