The Margarita may be the most famous Tequila cocktail in the US, but the Paloma is far more popular in its home country of Mexico. It also has the benefit of being super easy to make, with only two ingredients: Tequila and grapefruit soda. Our alcohol-free version is perfect for brunch, afternoon or happy hour.
INGREDIENTS:

2 oz (1/4 cup) non-alcoholic Tequila
- 3/4 oz (1 tbs + 1.5 tsp) Liber & Co. grapefruit cordial
- 4 oz (1/2 cup) club soda
- Pinch of sea salt and lime wedge
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the non-alcoholic tequila and grapefruit syrup to a tall glass filled with ice. Top with club soda. Add a pinch of sea salt and a squeeze of lime, then stir and enjoy!
VARIATIONS:
Instead of grapefruit syrup, use grapefruit soda, or add about an ounce (2 tbs) of grapefruit juice and top with club soda.
