This fruity, bubbly, elegant cocktail is perfect for your next brunch, baby or bridal shower. A non-alcoholic take on the classic Kir Royale, we use raspberry syrup and alcohol-free bubbly instead of Champagne. Super simple, beautiful and delicious.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 oz (1 tbs) raspberry syrup
- 4 oz (1/2 cup) non-alcoholic sparkling wine
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pour cordial into a flute or wine glass and slowly top with non-alcoholic sparkling wine. The sugar in the cordial will cause the wine to fizz, so pour carefully. Garnish with fresh, seasonal berries.
