Give the classic G&T a floral twist with Portland Syrups Rose Tonic. Inspired by their hometown's city flower - the rose - the delicate floral notes in this tonic syrup are subtle, not overwhelming. Traditional quinine delivers an astringent bite for a refreshing non-alcoholic Gin and Tonic alternative.
We love Ceder's Classic Gin alternative in this recipe, but it will work well with most other non-alcoholic gins too.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) Ceder's Classic Gin
- 1 oz (2 tbs) Portland Syrups Rose Tonic
- 3 oz (1/4 cup + 2 tbs) club soda
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine gin and rose tonic syrup in a highball glass with ice and top with club soda. Stir gently to combine.
If desired, you can cut the amount of tonic syrup in half for a more subtle rose flavor.
