The classic hot toddy is super simple and makes the perfect wintertime nightcap. You can even go "halfsies" for a low-alcohol version with half non-alcoholic and half alcoholic spirits.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) non-alcoholic rum or whiskey
- 4 oz (1/2 cup) hot black or rooibos tea
- Honey or brown sugar to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a heatproof mug, stir and garnish with a cinnamon stick and lemon twist.
